Job Description

Key Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in School Psychology Previous experience in a school-based role is helpful Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and provide counseling Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide consultation and intervention services to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral support plans Document evaluations and provide clear, actionable recommendations Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences You'll become an integral part of an educational team committed to nurturing student potential.
