Key Qualifications:

Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement. Prior experience or strong comfort serving varying grade levels (PreK-8). Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly preferred to better support the needs of families and students. Openness to adapting to shifting caseloads and grade assignments as determined by the district. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of service.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide psychological services to students across PreK-8 grades. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify student needs and implement interventions. Develop, monitor, and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans. Support crisis intervention and offer consultative services to school staff. Maintain comprehensive student records and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring. Engage in professional development and adapt to district initiatives and best practices.
