You'll support a caseload of approximately 75 students with IEPs, with a primary focus on leading and collaborating with the special education team, rather than extensive direct services.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate eligibility meetings and ensure all key participants are engaged and informed Participate actively in IEP meetings, bringing psychological and academic insights to the table Lead problem-solving and MTSS meetings to drive positive outcomes for students Organize and coordinate 504 meetings Oversee and guide the special education team in best practices and compliance Occasionally participate in evaluation components, such as cognitive assessments Maintain organized records and uphold confidentiality at every step
