What You'll Bring:

Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (Illinois or eligibility for equivalent) Experience with early childhood populations preferred Proficiency in play-based assessments and developing IEPs Strong communication and interpersonal skills for constructive interactions with students, staff, and families Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct play-based evaluations to assess social, emotional, and learning needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and support IEPs Participate in eligibility meetings, parent conferences, and educational planning sessions Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and families Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
