Qualifications Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology Valid Indiana School Psychologist license (or eligibility) Previous school-based experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and organizational abilities Comprehensive knowledge of IEP processes and special education procedures Proven ability to balance multiple assessments and responsibilities Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral assessments Prepare detailed reports and interpret results for stakeholders Collaborate on IEP teams and participate in eligibility decisions Consult with educators, families, and specialists Provide student counseling and assist with behavioral interventions Support
