Key Qualifications & Experience Desired:
Valid credential as a School Psychologist Experience conducting evaluations and reevaluations for K-12 students Familiarity with special education processes, including eligibility determination and progress monitoring Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and developing intervention strategies Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards Flexibility and adaptability in a school-based, student-centered environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations across the K-12 spectrum Interpret assessment results and share findings with educational teams and families Develop, recommend, and monitor interventions to promote students academic, social, and emotional wellbeing Serve as a dedicated support for Individualized Education Plan (IEP) teams Advise educators and families on best practices for supporting diverse learners Maintain comprehensive case records in compliance with regulatory guidelines This position is based near Mishawaka, IN, offering the chance to work closely with students and teams in a supportive, dynamic setting.
