S.) or Master's/Doctorate in School Psychology from a NASP- or CAEP-accredited program Active Indiana School Psychologist license issued by the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) Office of Educator Licensing Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred Minimum of 2+ years of experience (school-based and/or tele-assessment preferred) Experience conducting virtual psychoeducational assessments, interpreting multi-battery evaluations, and participating in Case Conference Committees (CCC) Strong diagnostic, clinical writing, and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable using telepractice platforms, digital assessment software (e.g., Q-interactive, Q-global), and Indiana IEP systems Key Responsibilities Assessment & Evaluation Conduct comprehensive virtual psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive processing, academic achievement, adaptive behavior, and social-emotional functioning Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment batteries via secure remote testing platforms Deliver virtual counseling, behavioral consultation, and intervention monitoring as designated in student IEPs Synthesize assessment findings into clear, multidisciplinary evaluation reports with actionable educational recommendations Collaboration & Case Conferences Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, administrators, related service specialists, and parents Provide evidence-based intervention strategies for
