S.) or Masters/Doctorate in School Psychology from a NASP- or CAEP-accredited program Active Indiana School Psychologist license issued by the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) Office of Educator Licensing Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred Minimum of 2+ years of experience (school-based and/or tele-assessment preferred) Experience conducting virtual psychoeducational assessments, interpreting multi-battery evaluations, and participating in Case Conference Committees (CCC) Strong diagnostic, clinical writing, and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable using telepractice platforms, digital assessment software (e.g., Q-interactive, Q-global), and Indiana IEP systems Key Responsibilities Assessment & Evaluation Conduct comprehensive virtual psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive processing, academic achievement, adaptive behavior, and social-emotional functioning Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment batteries via secure remote testing platforms Deliver virtual counseling, behavioral consultation, and intervention monitoring as designated in student IEPs Synthesize assessment findings into clear, multidisciplinary evaluation reports with actionable educational recommendations Collaboration & Case Conferences Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, administrators, related service specialists, and parents Provide evidence-based intervention strategies for

frameworks, classroom behavior management, and functional accommodations Participate actively in virtual Case Conference Committee (CCC) meetings, manifestation determinations, and multidisciplinary team evaluations Documentation & Compliance Maintain thorough, compliant, and timely documentation of evaluation reports, re-evaluations, and service notes Ensure all assessments and clinical procedures strictly adhere to IDOE Article 7 regulations, local educational agency (LEA) policies, and IDEA mandates Maintain strict confidentiality of student assessment records in accordance with FERPA and professional ethical codes Technology & Telepractice Tools Utilize authorized digital test publishers and secure virtual conferencing tools to conduct standardized assessments remotely Coordinate with onsite school test proctors and facilitators to ensure testing integrity and environment control Guide school personnel and families with virtual platform navigation and session preparation Advocacy & Student Support Advocate for students' academic, mental health, and social-developmental needs within the school system Provide consultative support and resources to school staff and families regarding behavioral interventions, learning styles, and crisis support strategies Benefits of Role 1099 Independent Contractor Status Compensation for both Direct & Indirect Service Hours Competitive Hourly Pay Rates Flexibility with schedule and working 100% from home For additional information, please contact Charlie Harper, Account Executive @ Procare Therapy and VocoVision!
