Onsite•Correctional Facility Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join the mental health team at a Correctional Facility in Leavenworth, KS. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ongoing mental health care for the incarcerated population. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health services. Responsibilities Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and clinical interviews. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Provide individual counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral health services. Perform regular rounds in housing units to assess mental health needs. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, and correctional staff to coordinate patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary treatment meetings. Ensure compliance with facility policies, ethical standards, and state regulations. Qualifications Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited college or university.
