Provide specialized psychological services through telehealth to support students within a school setting in Harvey, LA. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with educators and families to address the mental health and learning needs of school-aged children.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs Delivering telehealth counseling and intervention services to students Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with state and school district regulations Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development Qualifications and experience sought: Active Louisiana DOE Certification in School Psychology Valid state license where candidate resides; National School Psychology Certification preferred, especially for out-of-state applicants pursuing LA licensure Previous experience working within school systems or providing telehealth psychological services Ability to manage caseloads and communicate effectively with diverse student populations and school staff Familiarity with current educational laws, assessment tools, and interventions Position details:
