We are looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled therapist who enjoys working with children and adolescents ages 8 and up and values providing personalized, high-quality mental health care. This is an excellent opportunity for an LCSW who is looking for the flexibility of part-time private practice while working alongside a collaborative psychiatric team. Position Details We are currently seeking a clinician who can provide one or more afternoons/evenings per week , with scheduling options including:

Wednesday:

3:00 / 4:00-7:00

PM Thursday:

3:00 / 4:00-7:00

PM Weekend:

Afternoon availability based on the clinician's schedule We are flexible and open to discussing a schedule that works well for the right clinician. Afternoon/evening availability is preferred to accommodate after-school appointments for our adolescent patients. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents ages 8+ Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate for children, adolescents, and families Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation within the practice's EMR Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the clinical team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care Maintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable professional and clinical standards The ideal candidate will: Hold an active Louisiana LCSW license Have clinical experience working with children Be comfortable treating a variety of mental health concerns commonly seen in pediatric and adolescent populations Have strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Be compassionate, dependable, and professional Value individualized, patient-centered care Be comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a psychiatric team Have an interest in building meaningful therapeutic relationships with young patients and their families Why Atlas Psychiatry?
