Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Experience supporting students from PreK through 12th grade Strong understanding of school-based assessments, special education services, and intervention strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to support special education eligibility and services Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed Assist with the development and application of behavioral interventions and positive supports Work directly with students to enhance social, emotional, and academic success Contribute to response-to-intervention (RTI) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) initiatives This position offers a chance to work in a welcoming educational community committed to student growth and well-being.
