Qualifications:

Active MA School Psychologist License required Experience working as a School Psychologist in preschool or elementary settings is strongly preferred Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments Deliver direct counseling services and crisis intervention for students Develop and support the implementation of IEPs Consult with teachers and families to create strategic, supportive learning environments Contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams regarding student needs and progress Participate in data-driven decision-making and student progress monitoring
