Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated School Psychologist to support students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position is based onsite and offers the chance to work in a collaborative, student-centered environment focused on fostering academic, emotional, and social success.
Key Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts School Psychologist license required Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and documentation skills Commitment to promoting positive school climates and equitable practices
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for support Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students as needed Contribute to crisis prevention and response, mental health initiatives, and positive behavioral support systems Analyze data to inform instruction and intervention strategies Facilitate professional development or consultation sessions for school staff regarding student mental health and learning differences
