This full-time position, based near Cambridge, MA, will begin in mid-December and continue through May, with potential to extend through the entire school year for strong performers. Youll play a crucial role in providing direct counseling services to students across a range of ages and backgrounds.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist License (required) Experience delivering counseling and support to students at the elementary through high school levels Solid understanding of the academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of diverse student populations Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff Familiarity with best practices in assessment, intervention, and collaboration within a school setting Adaptability to provide services both individually and in group settings

Your Responsibilities:

Provide mostly counseling services to K-12 students, supporting their emotional and behavioral well-being Conduct student assessments as needed to inform intervention strategies Develop and implement individualized plans in collaboration with educational teams Serve as a resource for teachers and families, recommending strategies that promote student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in team meetings, contribute to multi-disciplinary planning, and support crisis intervention efforts If youre ready to make a meaningful difference in students lives while developing your skills in a collaborative school environment, this role may be the perfect fit.
