Preferred Qualifications:

Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a middle school environment. Background working with students exhibiting behavioral, mental health, social, and emotional challenges. Knowledge and experience in tiered interventions and social-emotional learning (SEL) curriculum. Proven support of students with counseling objectives on IEPs. Master's degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies for students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Provide direct counseling and support to students with counseling goals on IEPs. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on student progress. Implement SEL and tiered support systems within the school.
