Qualifications:
Active MA BCBA credential required Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred School-based or educational setting exposure a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral analysis services to support K-12 students (caseload TBD) Develop, implement, and evaluate behavior intervention plans Collaborate closely with school psychologists, teachers, and support staff Document progress and support data-driven decisions
