Every decision about pay, schedule, and workload is made by someone who's sat in the chair, which is why you're paid for your paperwork. 12 minutes of paid admin time for every clinical hour, built into your rate, not a stipend or something you catch up on at 9pm for free. It's also why 82% of the clinicians we hired in 2025 are still with us, up from 61% in 2023. The Expectation Part-time is 48 billable hours per month (~12/week), measured monthly, not weekly. A month absorbs the ordinary rhythm of clinical work: a heavy week, a school vacation, a run of cancellations. As a lot of our clients are school-aged, we need afternoon and evening availability. Once you have an established caseload, you build your schedule. Many of our clinicians blend in-office and telehealth days. What You'll Do Individual therapy for children/adolescents with family involvement; assessments and treatment plans; evidence-based, trauma-informed care; crisis response; collaboration with schools and pediatricians; documentation on paid time.
What You Bring Required:
Master's in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field; MA licensure or license-eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent); experience with children/adolescents; trauma-informed, family-systems grounding.
Nice to have:
Play therapy, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or parent coaching training; OCD or divorce/separation experience; school/pediatric collaboration track record.
