Job Description

Essential Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts Psychologist credential/certification Experience serving elementary students in a school setting preferred Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and support diverse learners Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
Administer evaluations to identify student needs and guide instructional planning Deliver individual and group counseling and behavioral interventions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals Provide crisis intervention and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines Promote mental health awareness and social-emotional learning throughout the school community This full-time role features 37.5 hours across a standard Monday-Friday school week, offering consistency while allowing you to make a tangible impact each day.
