As a valued school psychologist, you'll play a vital role in guiding students, collaborating with staff, and empowering educational communities in a dynamic school environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist. Previous experience working within K-12 school settings preferred. Familiarity with psychological evaluations, individualized education planning, and behavioral interventions. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful rapport with students, families, and staff. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and actionable reports. Ability to adapt solutions to diverse student populations.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform academic and behavioral interventions. Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administrators to develop strategies that promote student success. Support the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and referral services as needed. Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute professional expertise to intervention planning.
