• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education services.
• Interpret assessment results and prepare written evaluation reports.
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional interventions.
• Support crisis intervention, behavior planning, and positive school climate initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations. Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Specialist (Ed.

S.), Master's, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.

Licensure:

Valid South Carolina certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start of the school year).

Experience:

Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Strong assessment, consultation, communication, and report-writing skills with knowledge of special education laws and evaluation procedures.
