Job Description

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Maryland-licensed Psychology Associates to join our team providing comprehensive behavioral health evaluations for adolescents. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking for flexible, meaningful work while making a positive impact on youth and their families.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for adolescents. Complete transfer/waiver (TOJ) psychological evaluations. Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments. Conduct clinical interviews with youth, caregivers, and collateral contacts. Review educational, medical, behavioral health, and legal records. Prepare thorough, court-quality evaluation reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations. Participate in case consultations and provide expert testimony when required.
Qualifications:
Active Maryland Psychology Associate license. Experience conducting psychological evaluations and writing comprehensive reports. Knowledge of psychological testing and evidence-based assessment tools. Strong clinical interviewing, assessment, and report writing skills. Experience working with adolescents is preferred. Experience with forensic, court-ordered, or behavioral health evaluations is a plus.
