There are currently three full-time openings, with flexibility for those seeking part-time schedules (3-4 days per week). All work is performed onsite, creating a collaborative and engaging atmosphere where your skills can make a real impact.

Key Qualifications:

Active Maryland School Psychologist certification required Strong background in school psychology practices and principles Proficiency in conducting assessments, providing counseling, and developing intervention strategies Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and parents Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students across diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess student needs and promote academic success Provide individual and group counseling for students, addressing emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans Consult with school staff regarding strategies to support positive learning environments Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal special education requirements Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise on eligibility and program development
