Job Description
School Psychologist
EDU Healthcare is seeking a part-time School Psychologist to work with our valued district partners, approximately 20 hours per week! This flexible opportunity is perfect for a dedicated professional looking to make an impact while maintaining work-life balance!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and support stuåçdents with mental health and behavioral needs
- Provide individual and small group counseling services to students
- Communicate with teachers and parents to develop support strategies, including IEPs
- Collaborate with administrators to assess the effectiveness of mental health interventions
- Conduct evaluations and provide input for special education eligibility and services
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and professional standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from a NASP-accredited program
- Active state-level licensure and/or certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience working in schools or with children required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
