You'll play a key role in helping students reach their fullest potential while working alongside educators, families, and other specialists.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or credential to practice as a School Psychologist Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred Proficiency with educational evaluations, cognitive and behavioral assessments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective intervention strategies Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive school culture
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students Interpret evaluation data and provide input on eligibility for special education services Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Facilitate crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed Promote students' social, emotional, and academic well-being through direct and indirect services Participate in staff meetings, parent meetings, and team gatherings to support student development Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines This opportunity allows you to make a real difference while building supportive relationships in a vibrant school community.
