(CCA) is seeking part-time or full-time psychometrists to provide testing and assessment (Psychometry) in school settings. Testing includes Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), and the like in order to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of identified children and adolescents. This role requires collaboration with clinical supervisors, educators, parents, and other professionals. Experience administering, scoring, interpreting, and authoring reports using standardized assessments is a positive, but active training and clinical supervision is provided. Ideal candidates are bachelors level providers and/or graduate students pursuing a clinical masters degree (Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, etc.). Responsibilities Conduct assessments to evaluate students' intelligence, cognitive, behavioral, emotional, educational, and overall social development. Collaborate with clinical supervisors in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate reports and overall documentation related to student evaluations and recommended interventions. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior interventions in the classroom. Experience Bachelors and/or graduate training in a clinical behavioral health related field. Experience working with children, LD, and/or ASD is a positive. Strong interpersonal and communication skills is essential. Passion for working with children and adolescent is highly desirable.
