Key Qualifications and Experience:
Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist Experience working in K-12 settings, preferably with elementary students Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary student services teams Adept at navigating changing assignments and school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results for individual students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions Provide direct counseling and consultation to students, supporting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote safe and supportive learning environments Participate in problem-solving teams and support crisis intervention as needed Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant school, state, and federal guidelines Perks of the
