Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certificate or Preliminary School Psychologist Certificate required Masters or Ed.

S. degree in School Psychology Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and development of intervention strategies Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological evaluations and provide comprehensive assessments for elementary students Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies that support academic achievement and social-emotional growth Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to foster a supportive educational environment Consult on individualized education plans (IEPs) and attend relevant meetings Offer counseling services and support crisis intervention, when needed Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements This contract assignment offers flexibility in scheduling and the chance to make a real difference in students lives as you work across both campuses.
