Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity serving K-12 students as a full-time School Psychologist. Positioned near Grand Blanc, MI, this role begins as soon as possible and extends through June 4, 2027, providing stability and a meaningful chance to support student success. You'll be collaborating closely with another School Psychologist, sharing a balanced caseload and contributing to a dynamic educational team.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist Comfortable working with students across Kindergarten through 12th grade Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families Experience with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) or Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students referred for support Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Support the development of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions Provide both direct and indirect counseling services to students, as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and present findings Assist in crisis intervention and consultation services for students and staff Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
