Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress and improve quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine individual needs and develop tailored intervention strategies Design, oversee, and adjust behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing progress monitoring Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment approaches Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to track progress and inform treatment modifications Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff on ABA principles, data collection methods, and intervention techniques Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring confidentiality of medical records and patient information Participate in intake processes, initial consultations, and ongoing patient care activities to support comprehensive behavioral health services Requirements Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management Ability to perform patient intake assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information Join our team to help transform lives through compassionate care and evidence-based practices!
