Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Current School Psychologist credential or eligibility to obtain certification Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, staff, and families Excellent assessment, observational, and documentation abilities Understanding of diverse educational needs and evidence-based interventions Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, observations, and evaluations Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Participate in
RTI/MTSS
processes to support early intervention and appropriate referrals Support crisis intervention and create positive behavioral support strategies Help develop school-wide initiatives for safe and supportive learning environments Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to educators, families, and stakeholders This contract role offers the chance to work alongside driven professionals dedicated to supporting student wellbeing.
