Middle School Elementary School Psychologist - Rochester, Michigan Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Rochester, MI Job Details Contract 22 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree Practicing as a school psychologist Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in School Psychology required Active Michigan school psychologist licensure Experience supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and consultation skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive school environment Able to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral assessments for students Interpret data and provide recommendations for interventions and accommodations Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional support to students Facilitate preventative and targeted programs to promote student well-being Collaborate with faculty to address behavioral and academic concerns Engage in consultation with families and community resources as needed This contract role is an excellent prospect for professionals who value positive relationships, creative problem-solving, and making a measurable impact across grade levels.
