Key Qualifications:

Active and valid state licensure required for school psychologists Prior experience working within K-12 school settings is strongly preferred Expertise in conducting psycho-educational assessments, developing interventions, and collaborating on IEPs Excellent communication and consultation skills for engaging with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to adapt to varying environments and manage responsibilities across two school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret results for educational planning Counsel students individually and in small groups to address mental health and behavioral concerns Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design and implement effective intervention strategies Participate in crisis response, prevention programs, and social-emotional learning initiatives Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student success Maintain accurate records and adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional guidelines
