Healthcare / Correctional Mental Health Services Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and review of available records. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functioning. Provide psychological counseling, treatment, and mental health interventions to inmates. Conduct regular rounds in segregation and other confined housing areas to assess mental health needs. Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and conflict de-escalation support. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care. Consult with medical, nursing, educational, chaplain, and security staff regarding behavioral concerns and changes in mental health conditions. Provide timely clinical guidance during after-hours incidents and emergencies. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable professional and facility standards. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Psychology. Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in MN State. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a comparable Psychologist role. Experience in psychological assessments, clinical interviews, treatment planning, and counseling. Experience providing crisis intervention and mental health services. Correctional, forensic, institutional, or comparable behavioral health experience preferred. Valid driver's license required
