Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related field Previous direct experience in a behavioral support or related educational position preferred Current, valid MN special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license (or eligibility) from the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) Nationally recognized Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or progress toward earning it also considered Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families Strong problem-solving, intervention planning, and record-keeping skills

Key Responsibilities:
