Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Minnesota School Psychologist License required Experience applying Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS/MnMTSS) highly preferred Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Background in crisis prevention, threat assessment, and student mental health services Demonstrated ability to provide professional development to educators Knowledge of culturally responsive assessment and instructional strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed psychological and educational assessments to determine students eligibility for special education and related services Clearly interpret and communicate evaluation results to families and school teams Produce comprehensive written reports in alignment with Minnesota Department of Education and federal standards Contribute to initial evaluations, reevaluations, and independent educational assessments as needed Serve as an integral member of Child Study Teams, Problem Solving Teams, and IEP meetings Deliver individual and small-group interventions that target social-emotional learning, behavior management, and crisis support Be a pivotal resource for student success and support school communities in meeting diverse needs.
