Job Summary:
May conduct diagnostic assessment under the supervised practice of fully licensed and system credentialed supervisor, determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy and provides education for patients and their families. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case. Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary teams and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member. Accepts supervision and consultation with a licensed supervisor for the functions of this position in their clinical practice.

Required Education Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field Experience Completion of clinical education and internship as required by graduate program. License/Certification/Registration Be working towards licensure by Board as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP. Terminal license required within; 3 years for
LICSW, LMFT, LPCC
