Job Description

Support student success as a full-time School Psychologist working directly across a diverse K-12 district in the Eden Prairie, MN area. This on-site, contract position runs from as soon as possible through the end of the academic year—an excellent opportunity to make an immediate, lasting impact within a welcoming educational setting. In this role, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to provide comprehensive psychological services aimed at enhancing students' academic achievement, emotional well-being, and social development.
Qualifications & Experience:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist in Minnesota Experience working within K-12 settings preferred Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing individualized interventions, and providing consultation services Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive environments for all students
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psycho-educational assessments to help inform special education eligibility and student support plans Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding effective strategies and interventions Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support as needed Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) teams Stay abreast of best practices and comply with all relevant federal and state laws Support the development and implementation of positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) Maintain detailed, confidential records in accordance with district policies As part of your contract assignment, you'll benefit from competitive weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and access to a matching 401k program—supporting your well-being now and in the future.
