Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a positive impact on K-12 students in the Lakeville, MN area as a contract school psychologist, with both full-time and part-time roles available. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work with a diverse student population from kindergarten through high school (no early childhood assignments). Roles are available for those seeking a full 37.5-hour week, or part-time schedules of either 25-26 hours (about 3.5 days) or 18 hours (about 2.5 days) per week, all within regular school hours (8am-4pm). Qualifications & Experience:

Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent. Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB required). Demonstrated commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive educational service. Expertise in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health support. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for working across diverse communities.

Preferred Strengths:

National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility. Experience with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Leadership and facilitation skills to empower adult learners. Knowledge in crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention. Deep understanding of federal and state special education regulations. Background in multicultural education, especially in urban settings.
