  • Lee's Summit, MO (Independent Contractor) About Us Lee's Summit Counseling Services LLC (LSCS) is a Missouri-based outpatient practice serving foster and at-risk youth through partnerships with multiple Missouri child welfare agencies.
Position Summary We're seeking a Psychologist to provide psychological testing and assessment services for children and adolescents, including evaluations for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disorders, and other developmental/behavioral concerns. This is an independent contractor role with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations (cognitive, achievement, behavioral, and diagnostic testing)
  • Administer and interpret standardized assessments (e.g., ADHD and Autism-specific batteries, intelligence and personality testing)
  • Write clear, actionable evaluation reports for families, schools, and referring agencies
  • Provide feedback sessions to caregivers and, when appropriate, supervise associate-level clinicians toward licensure
  • Coordinate with referral sources (DSS, KVC, COC, etc.) on documentation and authorization requirements
  • Maintain and manage own appointment calendar Qualifications
  • Licensed Psychologist in Missouri preferred (license-eligible or working toward licensure also considered)
  • Demonstrated experience in child/adolescent psychological testing, especially ADHD and Autism assessment
  • Being credentialed with Medicaid/MO HealthNet is a plus, but not required — we can assist with credentialing
  • Strong written report-writing skills and ability to communicate findings to non-clinical audiences
  • Experience working with foster youth or trauma-informed populations preferred What We Offer

Compensation:
75/25 split (clinician/practice) per billed unit
