What Were Looking For:

Licensed or certified School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain state licensure) Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting Strong skills in conducting evaluations, writing comprehensive reports, and making recommendations Ability to develop and implement effective student interventions Collaborative spirit to partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students referred for special education services and eligibility reviews Lead and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Consult with teachers and parents to develop strategies supporting student growth Deliver crisis intervention and counseling when necessary Maintain accurate documentation and comply with legal, ethical, and procedural guidelines Support a caseload of approximately 8-10 students at any given time
