CPRP ASSESSOR

Qualifications:

Must possess a master's degree from an accredited educational institution in the field of social work, psychology, counseling or related field. Must be recognized as a Qualified Mental Health Professional by the Missouri Department of Mental Health.

Duties:

Will provide CPRP assessments as assigned. Will work closely with CPRP staff, specifically Community Support Professionals and CS Supervisors regarding assessments. Participate in the development of treatment plans for annual assessments. Complete the scheduling of annual assessments with Community Support Professionals. Perform social histories/clinical interviews for intake and annual evaluation services. Complete all documents in a timely manner within guidelines of DMH and Bootheel Counseling Services' standards. Route all clinical documents for signatures and staff clinical changes with treatment providers. Submit appropriate records for billing. Other duties as assigned.
