Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure as a School Psychologist Previous, recent experience working in school settings Specialized knowledge in pediatric assessments and interventions Strong collaborative skills for working alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal Proficiency in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and facilitating meetings
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral assessments, and functional analyses to guide student supports Provide direct and consultative services, including counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management strategies Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success and well-being Develop and help implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs Lead or assist with IEP meetings, offering expertise in eligibility determination and progress monitoring Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
