You will be central to the assessment process, helping create a calm, welcoming testing experience while producing accurate, well-organized data for diagnostic determinations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the precision of standardized testing and genuine connection with the people we serve. Key Responsibilities Administer and score cognitive, academic, and neurodevelopmental measures (Wechsler scales, Woodcock-Johnson, WIAT, behavior rating scales, CPTs, adaptive measures) Prepare testing materials and maintain an affirming environment responsive to each client's sensory, communication, and pacing needs Score protocols, generate score reports, and compile organized data summaries Conduct intake data collection, structured interviews, and behavioral observations Manage test kit inventory and coordinate scheduling with families and adult clients Participate in case consultation, training, and didactic activities Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, neuroscience, education, or a related field Experience administering and scoring standardized assessments, or completion of formal psychometrist training (training available for the right candidate) Strong knowledge of standardized administration procedures and meticulous attention to scoring detail Comfort working with clients across the lifespan, including young children Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot independently Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills Preferred Experience with autism-specific and ADHD assessment tools Prior work in a neurodiversity-affirming clinical setting Coursework or career interest pointing toward graduate training in clinical or school psychology
