Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a School Psychologist Proven experience in school-based settings is highly preferred Strong understanding of assessment tools and intervention strategies Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, administrators, and families Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide interventions Deliver individual and group counseling services to address diverse student needs Consult with educators and families on effective strategies to support learning and behavior Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Contribute expertise at multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with allied professionals Promote a positive, inclusive environment, advocating for the academic and emotional well-being of students
