Qualifications and Experience:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Active state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience with psychoeducational assessments and behavioral interventions. Comfort working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Background working with K-12 students is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students as needed. Develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies based on evaluation results. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create individualized education plans (IEPs). Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as appropriate. Participate in student support and special education meetings. Maintain thorough, organized records and documentation in line with school and state guidelines. Provide consultative support for behavior management and instructional strategies.
