Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced School Psychologist to provide essential support within educational settings in Raleigh, NC. This role offers the chance to work across multiple schools, delivering psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention services tailored to student needs. This position includes travel between various school locations, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy diverse work environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student needs and learning challenges Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and strategies Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student well-being and academic success Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with educational regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and programsDesired Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist Experience conducting assessments and providing interventions in school settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and school personnel Ability to manage travel between multiple schools efficiently Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to student servicesLocation:
