Qualifications & Experience Required:

Hold an active and valid North Carolina license as a school psychologist Demonstrated experience working as a school psychologist in K-12 settings is highly preferred Strong communication, consultation, and analytical skills Capacity to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to supporting students academic, emotional, and behavioral well-being

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver psychological assessments and interpret results to shape interventions and support plans Work with educators, support staff, and families to develop strategies that address individual student needs Consult on the design and implementation of academic and behavioral plans at the school and district levels Support crisis intervention and help create safe, inclusive school environments Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with state and district guidelines Facilitate educational and behavioral support training for staff as needed
