Services are delivered primarily setting, including in-office and telehealth modalities as appropriate. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling to clients. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation. Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in need. Maintain compliance with ethical standards, policies, and licensing regulations. Coordinate therapy services with psychiatric providers and treatment teams. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized crisis and coping plans. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR/EHR systems. Build strong therapeutic alliances while maintaining professional boundaries. Support discharge planning and ensure continuity of care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Attend weekly team meetings and monthly clinical supervision. Advocate for clients' rights and uphold strict confidentiality standards. Apply evidence-based intervention strategies and clinical knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Contribute positively to team culture through professionalism, punctuality, and mutual support. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Therapy Operations or Chief Medical Officer. Qualifications Active, unrestricted license in North Carolina (LMSW, LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent); associate level considered. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years preferred in clinical or behavioral health settings. Experience providing therapy to school-age children within school-based programs, district mental health teams, or in coordination with school systems preferred. Knowledge of trauma-informed care, child development, and school-based mental health practices is a plus. Effective communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to high professional and ethical standards. Comfortable delivering services on school campuses, in office settings, or community-based locations as needed. Proficient in EMR/EHR systems and common computer applications. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Light physical activity (e.g., occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.). Frequent computer use and visual attention required. Primarily office-, clinic-, or telehealth-based work under standard environmental conditions.
