Job Description
We are looking for a licensed therapist specializing in mental health to work within the Forsyth County Schools to do out-patient therapy. Primary working with children and adolescents. Need to have one of the following NC licenses (LCMH, LCMHA, LCSW, LCSWA, or LMFT) that can be verified on the North Carolina Boards. We do provide supervision for provisional license if needed: The Position will be primarily in the school setting and will involve working with administration, school counselors, teachers, and parents to incorporate everyone in the treatment. Will be responsible for completing intake, agency screening tools, clinical assessment, treatment plans, and progress notes. The schools are located in Winston-Salem, NC
